Guest access
You will have full access to the home and yard during your stay. A small locked utility closet is reserved for supplies, and the garage is not part of the rental, but you’re welcome to park on the pad in front of it. The driveway provides plenty of space for vehicles or boat trailers—just avoid blocking the shop doors.
Other things to note
⦿ Families with children are welcome, but please note the yard fence and deck railing are not child-proof, and there is a large cactus near the parking area. Extra supervision is recommended.
⦿ Complimentary WiFi is provided. New this year, we've updated to a 100 Mbps plan!
⦿ The home is located at the center of a small working cattle farm, and outdoor farm smells may occasionally drift by. They are generally light and not detectable indoors.
⦿ We provide a supply of essentials such as toilet paper, dish detergent, and coffee based on the duration of your stay. However, we do not restock or replenish these items during your stay.

We call it "centrally isolated" - the rural location makes it a perfect home base for nearby Table Rock activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, or hiking. Meanwhile, it's still within easy reach of attractions in Branson, Springfield, Eureka Springs, or Bentonville.
The home sits along a quiet, well-maintained paved county road with no outlet, which means that there is relatively little traffic. The house is located a couple hundred yards from the road, and has only one neighbor at the front of the property. There are no neighbors on the side or rear of the property, making it feel highly secluded.
