Edge View is a dog friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom adventure focused holiday home with hot tub in the village of Bamford, in the Peak District.

The property has an open plan kitchen & dining area and a large living room. Accommodation would suit all, but is ideally suited to climbers, mountain bikers or anyone into outdoor pursuits due to the central location, on-site facilities and space.

Outdoor spaces include patio and garden with fire pit and wood fired hot tub seating 6-8.

The space
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you should need. Fan oven, Microwave, large fridge freezer, roasting pots, toaster, Nespresso machine, French press and a dishwasher

Dining area: A large table that seats 8 people.

Living area: Plenty of comfy seating, a large wall mounted TV, Large windows looking onto front garden and the Hope Valley Skyline. Lots of board games and books for adults and children.

Utility room: 1 washer / dryer, hanging area for coats, shoe area and plenty of storage for your outdoor clothing

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe / Tiled ensuite.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Bunk beds offering four single beds, wardrobe / views onto the garden

Bedroom 3: King size bed, views onto the garden

Main Bathroom: Bath, shower and toilet

Garden 1: Walled with grassed area and private parking with enough room for 3 cars, additional parking for 5 cars available 20 metres away

Garden 2: Fenced with access from kitchen patio doors into a BBQ and Fire Pit area and seating with views of Win Hill
