Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful countryside estate, Honey Bee Acres. Watch the sun set with a glass of bubbles at night from the wrap around porch, gaze on the stars void of light pollution in this country home before falling asleep in Italian Frette linens and wake up with local coffee in our super automatic Jura coffeemaker. With everything you could need for the whole family, you will leave rested and restored after staying at Honey Bee Acres.

The space
This countryside estate, nestled in the meadow backing up to the forest is the perfect retreat. There are seven bedrooms, four with King beds, two with queen beds and one with two twins. There are two living spaces, a large chef's kitchen equipped with every tool from a Kitchen Aid Mixer to a Thermador stove top to double ovens. A hot tub out back is perfect for watching the sun set and a creek runs through property and in the right season is perfect for catching salamanders for the kiddos.

Different wildlife will show up at different times of a day and season. There's almost always deer visiting in the meadow, wild turkeys stop by often and of course you have your normal run of the mill squirrels, birds and chipmunks.

The property backs up to Lake Lanier as well, the portion owned by the Core of Engineers. You aren't able to take a boat from there, but you can walk back and explore it.

We are also in the process of building out the game room in the basement. Ping pong table and Foosball table arriving in September.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home (minus a couple of owner's closets), and the ten acre estate.

Other things to note
The home is in the country, to that end, you may see wildlife. Please use caution, do not approach any animal. We are not responsible for any incidents involving wildlife.

Neighborhood highlights

Most of your neighbors will be critters running around in the woods. Set on ten acres of land we are in the North Hall area of Gainesville, which is less suburban and more countryside. We have one neighbor up the hill from us, John. And a few neighbors we never interact with on C. Loggins. It is a fairly secluded area surrounded by nature. You'll hear owls at night, song birds in the morning. In the spring time the birds build their nests on the porch and you can see the baby birds necks poke out chirping for food from their mama.
