***Please note that you may have already noticed the abundance of green plants both on our front porch and indoors, adding vibrancy to the entire house. This is thanks to the dedicated care provided by our housekeepers. To ensure the plants remain in good condition, our housekeeper waters and maintains the porch plants based on Chiang Mai's rainfall patterns (typically around 9 AM, taking approximately 1-2 hours). Additionally, they are responsible for cleaning the entire living area on the first floor. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.***
**If your group has 11 guests or fewer and you need to use the sofa bed on the first floor, we can prepare it for you. There will be an additional one-time fee of 1,500 THB for the entire stay.

Other things to note
Despite our proximity to the main road, our house is situated on a small square adjacent to the main road. This unique location provides us with the convenience of being close to the center while avoiding noisy disturbances. Of course, except for Saturday evenings until 11 pm when our front faces the renowned Saturday Night Market. During this time, you can fully enjoy the vibrant and colorful marketplace.
According to Thai immigration law, all foreigners traveling in Thailand must complete TM30. To do this, we need you to send a copy of the first page of every guest's passport. If the TM30 form is not completed, it will result in a fine from the immigration office, which is 2,000 Thai Baht per person per day. If a fine is incurred due to the guest not providing their passport, the guest will be responsible for the penalty.
