Wake up and walk outside to the patio with your coffee! The city has immaculate views. It is the perfect in-between community that bridges the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. A 10–15-minute walk in one direction will lead you into the city/night life and into the famous Fountain Park. Enjoy the art sculptures around there, and other surrounding areas. You can also adventure off into nearby hiking trails!

2 king & 1 Queen bed.
Every room has a dresser, at least one night stand, and a mounted 42' smart tv. They also each come with their own key so every guest could enjoy their privacy.

For families with kids:
Kiddy plastic cups, utensils, straws, bowls, and plates are included in the kitchen for you. We've also included a booster chair and a pack n' play for your use.

*Bathrooms:
Both are fully stocked, they even have a blow dryer and straightener, all you need is your own toothbrush and bath pouf!

*Kitchen:
Fully stocked to easily accommodate 6 people. Kitchen includes Brio water dispenser with both hot and cold water. We provide coffee for the coffee maker, a few different teas to choose from, instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as bbq utensils. Plenty of seasoning and sauces for your cooking. Tupperware, ziplock, foil, and plastic wrap for your convenience. Scotch, Wine & Champagne glasses for the adults to enjoy.

*Living room has a 70' in smart tv, under which has a heated electric fireplace that changes colors thats easily controlled by a remote. You'll also find board/card games for the family to enjoy there.

*Laundry
Washer and dryer at your disposal at anytime. We include tide pods and bounce dryer sheets for you.

*Cleaning
We have supplied our guest with Clorox wipes, all purpose spray cleaner, a broom, and swiffer for you to help maintain the place during your stay

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood, all you'll likely hear is the sound of birds chirping. Low traffic, unless there's an event by the park. Even then it's pretty easy getting around. Pool is all year round. Summer hours is 7am-11pm. Winter hours is 9am-7pm.

Hi everyone! I was born and raised in Michigan. I've traveled to many states, but no state had the impact on me like Arizona, so, I decided my first vacation rental will be here! The condo I have in Fountain Hills isn't just an investment, it's mine, as well as my families vacation home. I've put a lot a lot of thought and hard work into making it as comfortable as possible for everyone with quality furniture and decor.
