Situated between the historic and cosmopolitan area of the city, the Historical Corner has a wide range of choices to offer for a memorable stay.
On Rua de Cedofeita you will find, among other things, a wide choice of local commerce and lots of entertainment:)
Just a 5-minute walk away, you enter the historic area where you will find, among others, the Lello Bookstore and the Clerigos Tower
Going down to Ribeira, enjoy the view and all the history of old Porto.

The space
This particular Sweet Spot includes 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi, a kitchen equipped with a microwave with oven function, a refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Nespresso compatible). It also has 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.
As in other Upperground apartments, amenities are included in the daily rate, and for stays of 1 week or more, regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen.

Although located in a lively area, the soundproofing of the apartment is perfect, and the view is curious...

- this is a non smoking apartment. If the guest don't respect this it will impact the next stays therefore will have a penalty of 250eur (payment via airbnb)
- Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone to check in to give the id info to the host
