Villa Amenities & Housekeeping
> The villa is cleaned daily by a professional cleaner. If you appreciate the cleanliness, tips are welcome.
> We provide drinking water, bath gel, shampoo, hand soap, tissue rolls, dishwashing soap with sponge, bath towels, and blankets.
> Pots, plates, pans, and cooking utensils are available. However, condiments, cooking oil, and other cooking ingredients are not provided.
> Please observe pool and hydro spa rules and operating hours.
Pool & Hydro Spa
> The pool is available for use at any time during your stay. The pool pumps operate automatically.
> Your booking includes 2 hours of free use of the Hydro Spa. Let us know your preferred times for it to be turned on.
> We are only permitted to operate pool equipment until 10:00 PM.
> Both pools and spa are non heated.
> You can put ice on the spa for recovery. Ice bath!
> Please do not put soap, detergent or chemical on both pool and spa.
Insect Precautions
Insect repellents, lotions, and other necessities are provided for your stay. As the property is a garden villa with abundant plant life, some insects and bugs may be present at night. Using the provided repellents will ensure your comfort.
Accessibility
Whole property has only 1 floor, but we have raised slabs on all the rooms and we have 3 steps going from the bedroom to the pool and dining area. Guests with wheelchairs will need assistance navigating inside the property.

Our staff’s responsibilities are focused on cleaning and preparing the villa before your arrival and tidying up after your departure.
During your stay, please note that:
They are not assigned to provide nanny or babysitting services
They do not offer daily housekeeping or personal assistance
We are an Airbnb home, not a full-service hotel
Your booking includes the use of the property and its amenities—but not on-call staff or additional services.
