10 minutes from Duncan, Hi-Point Guest Ranch, is a tranquil slice of paradise. Our 2000 sqft Loft, contains 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen bed , 1 bath with clawfoot tub and shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Our guests may access our private lake for swimming.
Additionally located on the property, over 1 km from the residence, is our Licensed Cannabis Farm. Unfortunately no longer able to offer tours, but welcome responsible adult use, outdoors.

The space
The loft is situated with stairs up to the suite, with a patio. Entering the suite, you'll find the kitchen, dining and living room, with the bedrooms toward the back. You'll find lake views from the windows, and a short walk down the driveway will bring you to the outdoor lakehouse, and patios for your enjoyment. You'll share this space with the hosts and other guests if there are any, but don't fret, there are many areas and space to hang out if you'd like your privacy.

Other things to note
We have equestrian events on the farm and you might see some horse jumping from your window view. The bedrooms are seperated by adjoining doors. The kitchen does not have a regular stove/oven. There is a microwave/convection oven and a 2 burner hot plate and electric grittle.
