Guests will have access to the entire home and back yard with in-ground pool and gas fire pit. The yard is fenced and there is plenty of off street parking.

The garage is for homeowner use only, please do not enter.

Other things to note
We use our house for personal use most of the time but now are opening it up for Summer enjoyment in Cape May as we travel the US in an RV!

Township Quiet hours: 10PM - 7AM Please remember this is a residential neighborhood!

PLEASE use the GOLDEN RULE and treat this home as if it was your own!

Trash day is FRIDAY 7:00am, please put the trash out on THURSDAY evening. Trashcans are stored on the shed side of the house!

The pool company comes to the house 1x week to vacuum and balance the pool chemicals, the day varies between Thursday or Friday. Please be patient while they keep the pool sparking!

The Lawn company comped 1x a week to mow, usually on Fridays!

This is a neighborhood in North Cape May less than a mile from the bay side beach of the island - outside of the hustle and bustle of tourist central. Ride a bike to Harpoon's bay-front seafood restaurant and catch a spectacular sunset! Enjoy the Victorian downtown Cape with all of it's shops Beach Plum Farm are a short 10 minute drive, and the famous Cape May Winery and Cape May Lewes Ferry are even closer.
