The Hidden Way House is great for a couple, a family or two couples. It is located on a quiet street with view of mountains and bay. The entire upstairs with private entrance is yours. Owner has an apartment downstairs. You won't know he's there.

The location is the best. You can walk across the road for beach access, restaurants, art galleries, museum and other town activities minutes away.

We also have the Homer Roundhouse next door if you have a larger group.

The space
The Hidden Way House has a very warm feeling. You walk into your private entrance, up the 10 stairs and turn to look out the windows to see the wonderful view of Kachemak Bay.
There's plenty of room to stretch out with view windows. The library is extensive.
Please note that the kitchen is small but has all modern appliances except a dishwasher.

Guest access
The entire upstairs will be yours. A full kitchen with everything you need.
Plenty of parking for a maximum of two vehicles in front of the house. Enter the door to the right under the deck and walk upstairs to your accommodation. Owner has an apartment downstairs. Key is on the table.

Other things to note
Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak bay area that 3 to 5 days is always desired.
Also note that you have total privacy upstairs. There is the owners office/apartment downstairs but you won't know anyone is there. The laundry is also downstairs with easy shared access.
Please let me know how many beds you will need so that we care prepare accordingly. Also let us know if you are bringing a pet. We prepare and clean the house depending on amount of people and pets. There is a fee for extra guests and pets which you'll find in the payment section.


PETS:
Pets are not to be left in the house when you are gone. They bark out of loneliness or protection even in pet kennels.

I drove up the Alcan with a piano in the back of my stepvan in 1981. I performed at the Talkeetna Moose Dropping Festival where I met Sharon in the potato salad line. We danced all night long. We moved to Homer in 1984. I perform a solo piano/multimedia show out on the Homer Spit during the summers without pandemics. I built the "Homer Roundhouse" ten years ago cause "I love yurts!"
