It is a gem that you will love as your base camp for exploring the City! Our place is in a popular district in LA, Atwater Village. Just 2 blocks North of Glendale Blvd, the property is conveniently located within walking distance to major retail, restaurants, coffee shops, and services (Costco, Best Buy, Wells Fargo, Chase and much more) and excellent local spots like Proof Bakery and Sundays Farmer's Market to name a few. Atwater Village is the most convenient location in LA as you are 10-15 mins away from downtown, LA Zoo, Griffith Observatory, Pasadena, Hollywood, CHLA, and 20-30 mins away from West Hollywood, The Grove, USC, Koreatown, 3rd Street and so much more. In addition, there are so many fantastic places to eat and shop right in the neighborhood. It's one of LA's up-and-coming areas.
