– On weekends, our area may experience noise due to local public activities or music events, so kindly take this into consideration when making a booking.
– The standard number of guest is 8 people which is 2 for each room. But we can make it to 12 with 1 extra bed for each room if you need, so message me!
– Kindly take a photo of the passports for the registration process before check-in.
– Our homestay does not offer motorbike parking. If you have a motorbike, please use the parking lot near the homestay.
– The apartment does not offer free daily cleaning. If you would like the service, the fee is 100,000 VND per session.
– Please be aware that there is NO WASHING MACHINE. But we offer laundry service with only $2 per kg
– If you use the kitchen, please wash the dishes and clean up after cooking. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee from 100,000 VND will be applied.
- Please be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR in the building.
