Dining table seats 2, with 2 additional bar stools. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need for your stay are provided.

Dining Table seats 2 along with 2 bar stools. All the Dishes and Utensils that you will need for making a vacation meal. Please know that the unit does not have a traditional oven.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort includes tennis courts with a pro shop, as well as onsite dining and entertainment at Jamaica Joe’z Poolside Bar & Grill (seasonal), Gator’s Pizza & Wings, and CocoNutz Sports Bar, where big screens make it easy to catch the game. Families can also enjoy the playground, a catch-and-release pond, and convenient bike rentals—all right at the resort. For even more fun, Adventure Cove Mini Golf & Arcade is just a quarter mile down the road!

Off Season: November to March 1 - Things like Jamaica Joez Poolside Bar & Restaurant and Beach Shore Services, will in most cases be closed for the winter season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dries are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
