The house itself has a total 637.75sqm of space in a L shaped form. The main area has a large living room with large windows over the landscape and poolside. Here you'll find a ping-pong table and fireplace, dinning area, bathroom, access to the kitchen, the front patio, back patio/terrace and swimming-pool.

From the main area you also have access to the first bedroom and corridor to all other rooms and the second living room.

The best roads towards the property are the A2 highway towards south; follow signs for E01/Algarve/Alcácer; take the exist for IC33 towards Sines/Grândola; continue until you exist to N120 and maintain course towards south; on N120, about 22km later, your GPS will advise you when to turn left onto a dirt road accessing several properties; 2km ahead turn left; 2km ahead you've reached the property.

When coming from Algarve or the south:

The best roads towards the property are the A2 highway towards north; follow signs Lisboa/Messines; once on A2, several km ahead, take exit N261 towards Aljustrel/Santiago; 12km ahead turn left on N261 (signs for Santiago); 2.5km ahead turn right onto IC1; 1km ahead turn left onto N261/N262; maintain straight and turn right 13.65km after onto N261; 8.4km ahead turn left onto Rua de Acácio Guerreiro de Melo; maintain for 9.9km and turn right; accessing through a dirt road maintain for 1.6km and turn right; continue straight for 1.6km and then turn left; you've reached the property.

Other things to note
The property sits in the middle of several private lands where the access road, of almost 4km, is a dirt road. Although any car easily accesses the location with ease, we suggest bring jeeps and high cars.
