Hendre Wen is a 19th century cottage which has been tastefully restored to make this a comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 6 people. Ideally suited for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape for wildlife lovers, families, walkers and groups of friends looking for adventure.
Just a few miles away is the village of Newborough which lies on the edge of forests and sand dunes, and is home to a population of red squirrels. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain.
The space
This spacious retreat is ideally placed for exploring Anglesey with its glorious beaches, historical landmarks and a magnitude of activities to suit all ages and tastes.
Soak up the picturesque surroundings from your large private decked balcony before relaxing into your evening within the interior which enjoys a clever blend of character and contemporary.
Spend your wind down time within the cosy living room, where you and your loved ones can relax in front of a warming wood burning stove.
For an even more tranquil experience you can head to the snug and read a book in front of the second wood burning stove.
Beyond here is the country cottage style kitchen/dining area, which is complete with all the appliances you will require during your stay.
The interior is completed by three spacious bedrooms, comprising of two doubles and a twin, each boasting quality furnishings to house all of your personal belongings.
Make the most of the spacious decked balcony by enjoying a refreshing drink or a spot of alfresco dining, where you can take in the surroundings and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on offer.
Head to the glorious Newborough Beach, where you can laze on the sands before enjoying a stroll to Llanddwyn Island, where you can explore the magnitude of coves, the shingle and sandy beaches and soak up the far-reaching views of the mountains of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula.
