Ideally suited for families or bigger groups that are looking for a quiet relaxed stay away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy zone but close enough to not miss out. located in the peaceful village of Parra - Assagao and a short drive from famous north Goa beaches, yoga studios, clubs and restaurants. Surround yourself with nature, it’s a paradise of trees and bird.

The space
A modern take on the traditional haveli architecture, the 6 bedroom Villa is split into two units that encompass the courtyard and swimming pool, surrounded private gardens.
The villa consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms, a dinning room, Hall and kitchenette.
The Bedrooms come equip with 8" Spring foam mattresses, A/c, mini fridge, kettles, work desk, hot/cold water. The dinning room has a beautiful live edge slab dining table, water dispenser, books and board games.the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, and an induction cook top, basic utensils are provided.
the courtyard has fish pond at the entrance and a swimming pool at the other end. lined with wicker chairs and sunbeds it provides the perfect place for a chill morning or evening after a busy day of exploring.

Other things to note
* All guests are required to provide a valid government ID at check in.
* Loud music is NOT allowed on the property after 10.30pm.
*Breakfast is provided for 9am to 11am
* Pool times are 9.30am- 10.30pm.
*Cook is available at a charge of 2500 per meal (plus ingredients
* There is NO Smoking inside the villa.
* No PAN, No spitting in the villa a cleaning fee of 5000 will be charged
* Cleaning is done once a day.
* Linen changed after 4 nights.
* The caretaker is on duty from 9am- 5.30pm.
*extra bedding is chargeable
* Early check-in / late check-out is changed @ 2500/ hour. (Subject to availability)
* Pets will be charged at 5000/- each pet.
* Pets are to be taken outside to urinate/defecate. Any accidents inside the villa/paved courtyard will incur a cleaning fee.
