- Penalty Fees for parties/damages, bringing unauthorized pets, late check-out, neighborhood disturbance
- The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
- Evidence of more guests visiting or occupying the property than agreed upon in the rental contract or confirmed with rental manager will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit and immediate tenant eviction.
