Located in the heart of downtown South Haven! We are steps from Lake Michigan, South Beach, the Black River, Restaurants & Shopping. Recently updated with new sofa, queen bed & fresh beach vibe! An upstairs unit, its 25 steps to a perfect getaway that is close to everything that downtown South Haven has to offer!

1-bedroom with a private entrance from the sidewalk, a small kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

The space
A 1 bedroom unit (new queen bed in 2023) with full kitchen and peninsula seating for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware etc. A coffee bar with K-Cup machine or French Press and an electric kettle are at your disposal. A dining table that seats 4 is the perfect spot for a rainy day puzzle or an early morning cup of coffee.

Two street facing windows bring in sunshine and views of downtown South Haven. The bedroom has a small desk when you have to get a little work done. The living room is equipped with a new (2023) queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV enabled by ROKU, DVD Player & DVD's, as well as, books, games and other diversions.

To help make a perfect day at the beach, the unit includes two beach chairs, beach towels and a collapsible canvas wagon.

Guest access
You'll have full access to Unit A, the unit at the top of the stairs. It also includes access to the roof top deck (on the left) at the rear of the unit and the stackable laundry machine in the common space.

Other things to note
This is an upstairs unit with no access to an elevator. You should be prepared to climb a flight and half of stairs and be in physical condition to do so with your luggage.
It is also a downtown location in a busy summer tourist town near restaurants and bars that produce noise.
