Other things to note
No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine and additional cleaning charges.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the area.

Rural Location
The property is located in a rural area of Hawaii. Natural and neighborhood sounds such as roosters, dogs, wildlife, and occasional road noise occur and are outside a host’s control. Guests may encounter insects, lizards or local wildlife as part of normal island living.
