Our stylish place to stay is perfect for visiting Newquay and surrounding areas. Situated 2 minute walk from the town center and 5 minutes from Great Western beach- a perfect location.

Sleeping 5 in 2 bedrooms ideal for families/couples-no groups (top bunk is not suitable for adults). Double/single/superking beds. A fitted kitchen, bathroom & patio area provides a great base for a break away.

The flat has 2 small parking spaces

Newquay has excellent surf with fab beachs, bars & restaurant

Our ground floor flat is in central Newquay and provides a great place to stay, ideal for families or couples. Please note no adult group bookings are allowed. Violation of this will result in your stay being terminated.

The flat is all ground floor however does have steps inside which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Contact will be made before arrival to gather your sleeping requirements.

Guest have their own private entrance from the car parking area. The front access is only for emergencies.
