Just 6 miles from LEGOLAND, this spacious 4BR, 3BA pool home is made for family vacations and group getaways. Spend sunny Florida days relaxing by the private screened pool and patio, then gather together in the bright, open living and dining space. Comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, stylish furnishings and plenty of room to spread out make this an easy, relaxing home base for theme park days, pool time and making memories together in Central Florida.
The space
🏡 SPACIOUS FAMILY HOME
This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed for families and groups, with plenty of room to gather together and enough separation to spread out when you want some quiet.
🛏️ BEDROOMS & SLEEPING SPACES
Primary Suite:
King bed, Smart TV and a large private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. A sliding door opens directly to the screened pool deck.
Two stackable single beds are also available for use. Ideal for small children.
The walls around this suite were built with additional soundproofing, helping keep late-night movies or early-morning pancake making from disturbing anyone sleeping.
Second Ensuite:
Queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and a large window overlooking the pool. The bathroom also has direct access to the screened pool deck.
Front Bedrooms:
Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, located near a shared full bathroom with double sinks and bathtub/shower.
Playroom / Additional Sleeping Space:
The front playroom includes a twin bed with a room divider for added privacy.
Every bedroom includes closet space, ceiling fans, extra pillows and blankets.
🏊 PRIVATE SCREENED POOL & LANAI
One of our favorite parts of the home! Three sliding doors connect the living areas to the screened pool deck, making it easy to enjoy indoor/outdoor Florida living.
The pool area includes a covered lanai with seating, outdoor dining, lounge space, a propane grill and yard games. The lanai has an overhead outdoor fan.
The backyard is private, and the entire pool area is screened to help keep the bugs out.
Please note: the pool is not heated most of the year it is comfortable but in the coldest winter months it can be pretty cold.
🛋️ OPEN LIVING AREA
The open-concept living room, dining area and kitchen create one large gathering space for the whole group.
Relax on the sectional and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, enjoy meals together, or open the sliding doors and let the living space flow directly onto the pool deck.
🍽️ DINING & KITCHEN
The dining table seats 8, with a bench that can accommodate a few extra kids when needed. The large kitchen island provides seating for 4 more guests, plus additional dining space is available outside by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before LEGOLAND to family dinners at home.
🎲 GAMES & FAMILY FUN
A collection of games is located in the playroom closet for family game nights and downtime between adventures.
💻 DEDICATED WORKSPACE
A large built-in granite desk provides a dedicated place to work, plan your trip or let the kids draw and color. Pens, pencils, crayons and other supplies are available in the drawers.
🧺 LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Extra pool towels are also stored in the laundry room.
🚗 PARKING
The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is also permitted.
Guest access
You'll have access the entire home but not the garage.
Other things to note
No parties. We love our neighbors and ask that you respect that this is a family neighborhood. No guests outside of the reservation without permission. No excessive noise.
No smoking in the home or the screened pool deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and not in the yard.

Our home is located in the most sought after area in Winter Haven! Publix grocery store is right across the street, ramp access makes it easy to walk for groceries. The neighborhood is very safe and there are many beautiful houses located on the 4 lakes that surround the neighborhood. I'm happy to suggest a walking or running path. You are surrounded by the best neighbors anyone could ask for.
