Featuring a kitchen ready to make a home meal, a fully fenced private back yard, keyless entry, & free, ample parking for multiple cars and a trailer. Street parking is also allowed.

The space
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with a washer and dryer, plus large backyard. The home has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen concept, which we find perfect for family gathering.

The living room features a large smart TV, a selection of games, and plenty of seating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic needs for a home cooked meal & just past the kitchen is the laundry room, which also has access to the spacious, fenced in back yard.

The 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located in the hallway.

Bedroom #1 has a King bed, SmartTV, and a desk suitable for remote work. The room has its own private bathroom with a shower bathtub.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed & bedroom #3 has two twins. The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway, conveniently accessible for bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a shower bathtub as well.

In the hallway closet there is a pack n play available for families.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for added sleeping options.

The spacious backyard is secured with a new, tall wooden fence, perfect for your fur friends to enjoy their vacation too. This is a great space to fire up the grill and enjoy the Florida sun.
