The main floor living area features elevated comfort with a Flexsteel reclining sofa and matching recliner, centered around a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, scenic backyard views, and convenient access to a half bath and the heated two-car garage. An oversized patio door off the dining area opens to a stunning stone patio, creating a seamless flow for luxurious indoor-outdoor living.

The cozy primary bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic king mattress. The bathroom includes a tub, double sinks, and heated floors. A separate office with desk and wireless printer makes remote work easy and comfortable.
