The space
I fell in love with this old barn in 1999 and knew that I would someday turn it into a vacation paradise - I never want to leave here, I want to live, love, work and vacation here - that's how the barn was to be converted. This dream has become a reality for my vacation guests. Here you can really switch off from everyday life.
The house is like a small, light-flooded loft - furnished in a vintage look, the first floor and second floor are only separated by the stairs

Fireplace, seating area with library with lounge sofa (extendable to 140 x 200 with topper 8 cm) and 3 lounge stools with sleeping function (each 80 x 200), large dining and work table, kitchen as on the upper floor, toaster, mixer, blender, stove with oven, guest toilet, large garden terrace as equipped on the upper floor.

The ground floor is also suitable for small seminars/projects with up to 16 people - equipment such as a projector with a mobile table for a projector and notebook, presentation case, screen, pinboard and flipchart as well as tables and chairs can be provided for a fee of €25/day. Also 2 canoes can be used for a fee of €30/day and canoe as well as bicycles for €8/day and bicycle. New: a SUP can be used for €10/hour or €30/day.

There is also a mobile fish sale from the fishery in Motzen on Fridays from 1 p.m.
