The space
I fell in love with this old barn in 1999 and knew that I would eventually turn it into a vacation paradise - I never want to leave here, I want to live, love, work and vacation here - so the barn should be rebuilt. This dream has become a reality for my vacation guests, here you can really switch off from everyday life.
The house is like a small, light-flooded loft - decorated in a vintage look, ground floor and upper floor are only separated by the stairs

Fireplace, sitting area with library with lounge sofa (extendable to 140x200 with topper 8 cm) and 3 lounge stools with sleeping function (each 80x200), large dining and work table, kitchen as on the upper floor, toaster, blender, immersion blender, stove with oven, guest toilet, large garden terrace as on the upper floor.

Guest access
The ground floor is also suitable for small seminars/projects with up to 16 people - equipment such as a projector with a mobile table for a projector and notebook, moderation case, screen, pinboard and flipchart as well as tables and chairs can be provided for a fee of €25/day. Also 2 canoes can be used for a fee of €30/day and canoe as well as bicycles for €8/day and bicycle. New: a SUP can be used for €10/hour or €30/day.

There is also a mobile fish sale from the fishery in Motzen on Fridays from 1 pm.
