This is a unique opportunity to stay in a very centrally located stylish apartment with its own (separate entrance) studio.
Particularly suitable for 2 couples wanting their own space or a family with older kids who would like to stay slightly separate from the oldies.
The Studio is accessed either through the back door of the apt and down an external set of steps, or via the alleyway round the back. (shown in the photos)

The space
This is a spacious ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with an open plan living dining kitchen space, a large bathroom with both bath and separate walk in shower and a large bedroom with a luxurious king sized bed and optional travel cot for infants. A folding guest bed can be placed in this room or in the living room.
The rear terrace gets the sun from mid morning and is a sheltered spot to relax enjoy a glass of wine and BBQ some great local food.
The harbour and promenade are only a 30 second walk away but you can keep walking along the coastal “convent” path to Portstewart strand where you will find 2 miles of beautiful golden sand.
The Studio is either just down a set of external stairs or round the back and down an alley. Close but separate!

Guest access
You will have full access of the apartment. The front door to the building is shared, there is a shared entrance hall with coat stand then a secure front door to the apartment.
To the rear, out a private rear door is an enclosed patio area complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. Beyond the patio is a concrete set of steps down to a secure door which open onto the alleyway behind which will give you access to the studio. The studio guests could also use this door to access the patio and apartment rear door.
