The home is also equipped with a full house generator as well as a full house water filtration system.

Also on the main floor are two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite full bathroom—offering both comfort and privacy for guests.

The fully renovated lower level features a separate, private-entry studio complete with:

Parking & Access

Guests will enjoy private, convenient parking on a dedicated street-level parking pad, with space for up to 3 vehicles (parked in parallel).

From the parking area, a short, scenic descent of 28 stairs leads you to the main level of the home—where your lakefront experience begins. The elevated setting not only enhances privacy, but also provides beautiful vantage points overlooking the lake.

For those staying in the private lower-level studio, an additional 11 steps lead down to this separate space, which features its own private entrance.

Lake Access

One of the most special features of this home is how close you are to the water. A private path just steps from the house leads directly down to the lake’s edge and your dock, as well as access to the picturesque walking trails that surround Lake Arrowhead.

House Rules & Important Information

To ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking permitted anywhere on the property
• No parties or events allowed

Jacuzzi Guidelines:
The jacuzzi is available for use daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. Please do not use the jacuzzi outside of these hours out of respect for our neighbors and local noise considerations.
• Children are not permitted to use the jacuzzi unsupervised
• All guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times
• The jacuzzi lid must be securely latched and locked whenever it is not in use

Lake Access:
Guests will be provided with a lake access card. Please note that there is a $50 replacement fee for any lost card.
