The space
This particular Sweet Spot apartment, recently renovated, on the 3rd floor, has rooms full of natural light and is very cosy for your stay.
It is equipped with flat screen, Wi-Fi, more than 140 TV channels, coffee machine and capsules and everything else necessary for an extraordinarily comfortable stay. It has, in addition to the two suites with a double bed, a sofa bed with a double bed in the living room, a support bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a practical, sophisticated and comfortable decoration. The buildind doesnt have elevator.
As in other UPPERGROUND apartments, it is included in the daily rate, amenities and in stays of 1 week or more and regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with change of towels and bed linen.

1. One of the most important rules of the apartment its the NON SMOKING rule. Fine of 250eur will be applied over stays that don't respect this .
2. Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We would like to inform that renovation work will be taking place on the sidewalk in front of the accomodation's building. The work hours will be from 8AM to 6PM. The expected duration is 1 month
