This particular Sweet Spot apartment, recently rehabilitated, is located on the 3rd floor and features rooms flooded with natural light and cozy.
It is equipped with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, over 140 TV channels, a coffee machine and capsules, and everything else you need for an extraordinarily comfortable stay. In addition to the two suites with a double bed, there is a sofa bed with a double bed in the living room, a support bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as practical, sophisticated and comfortable decor. The building has no elevator.
As in other UPPERGROUND apartments, amenities are included in the daily rate, and for stays of 1 week or more, regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with change of towels and bedding.
P.S. At this time, construction is underway at the back of the building, so there may be noise between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays.

Notes
1. One of the most important rules of the apartment its the NON SMOKING rule. Fine of 250eur will be applied over stays that don't respect this .
2. Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We would like to inform that renovation work will be taking place on the first floor of the accomodation's building. The work hours will be from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The expected duration is between 3 to 4 months, but we will do our best to complete it as soon as possible.
