The space
Welcome to the Hamptons cottage, a creation of the Sous Branche firm! Our beautiful residence is surrounded by nature on a huge private lot in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1.15 hours from Montreal).

Located on the waterfront* on a large property, the chalet has a large balcony with a hanging swing so you can enjoy the outdoors.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE LAKE***

The cottage has 4 closed bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. Multiple amenities such as spa, central heat pump, high speed wifi, electric charging point and more!

On the ground floor, the huge window offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. There you will find a closed bedroom, a full bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, a beautiful central living room with stone gas fireplace and a dining room with abundant windows!

In the basement, you will find a second full bathroom as well as three closed bedrooms - two bedrooms with queen beds and one children's bedroom with two twin beds. The children's room has a fiber optic starry stretch ceiling, offering an immersive lighting experience!
The central room includes a climbing wall for the little ones and a pool table. Hours of fun await you!

Outside is a large sunny terrace with direct access to the hot tub (available year-round), a complete patio set and a propane BBQ (available from spring 2026).
Directly on the waterfront, you will find a campfire site with Adirondack chairs, the perfect place to extend your evenings under the stars!

At the entrance, the house is also equipped with an electric charging station and two surveillance cameras for your safety.

Lanaudière is known as a paradise for mountain bikes and snowmobilers. Several FCMQ trails minutes from the cottage.
You can also enjoy several outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing in Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing in Chutes-du-Calvaire, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche) and located near Lac en Coeur for trout fishing.

The chalet is also located minutes from the wonderful Nordic spa Le Natur'eau and just 20 minutes from the municipal beach of Saint-Gabriel and the Saint-Gabriel Vineyard.
