Ideal for travelers seeking a peaceful escape, this well-appointed space provides everything you need for a comfortable stay by the sea.

The space
Discover comfort and convenience in this newly renovated first floor studio apartment. Updated with a fresh look and modern amenities, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing seaside getaway. Everything is brand new, with a full kitchen, dining table, spacious king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure you feel right at home in this charming space.

You enter the first floor studio into the kitchen area, which includes a refrigerator/freezer, two-burner cooktop, sink, microwave and coffee maker. It is stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans and other necessary cookware. There is a dining table for two in the kitchen area. On the opposite side of the studio is a king size bed, large bureau and 55" Smart TV. Down the hall is the bathroom, which includes floor-to-ceiling tile shower.

Please understand that the property is a part of an apartment building. You will hear others during your stay. Also, the ceilings are around 7 feet in height, so it may feel like shorter ceilings than other places! We just like to be upfront about this to our guests!
