– The alley is a bit deep and the stairs are a bit steep — so pack your spirit of adventure! This home is perfect for explorers who enjoy discovering hidden corners and embracing authentic living. If you’re looking for a place that’s central yet peaceful, comfortable yet full of character — you’ve just found it.
– Kindly take a photo of the passports for the registration process before check-in.
– The apartment does not offer free daily cleaning. If you would like the service, the fee is 100,000 VND per session.
– For guests staying over 30 days, we offer cleaning service twice for free (Please inform us when you need them.)
– Please be aware that there is NO WASHING MACHINE. But we offer free 5kg for guest staying over 15 days and also laundry service with only $2 per kg
– If you use the kitchen, please wash the dishes and clean up after cooking. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee from 100,000 VND will be applied.
