The central location of two connected standalone homes makes this the perfect retreat to visit SA. A few blocks from the Convention Center, Alamodome, Riverwalk, the Alamo. Minutes to Lackland, Six Flags, & Seaworld. With plenty of privacy this is an oasis in Downtown. Plenty of parking, spacious accommodations, great amenities, and independent outdoor spaces. This is a great gathering spot for a group of friends or extended families. Walk to local bars, amazing restaurants, and coffeeshops.
The space
There are two homes with shared access through a gate between the properties which opens up to connect the outdoor spaces via private access. This makes for the perfect family memories or for genuine team building!
Casa Azul:

The first bedroom faces the street. It has a king size Crate & Barrel bed, a work desk, ensuite full bathroom, a large closet with a biometric safe, and a smart TV.
The second bedroom faces the backyard. It has a king size Crate & Barrel bed, a closet with a biometric safe, ensuite full bathroom, and a smart TV.
The third bedroom is the upstairs loft (we keep a child safety gate in the downstairs hallway). It has a king size bed, an armoire, its own full bathroom, and a smart TV.
There is a twin-size bunkbed nook located upstairs, with a farm door. This is a great place for small kids.
For additional arrangements, we have cots available by request.
The main living room is an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting. The living room has a large sectional facing a large smart TV. The dining room has a table which seats 8 people, and there is a large kitchen bar with extra bar stool seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish and cookware, and state of the art smart appliances. There is a top-of-the-line smart washer and dryer available for use on the first floor.
There is an additional half bathroom downstairs.
The backyard is fully fenced and has a 7-person state of the are Jacuzzi Hot Tub equipped with UV technology water purification, CLEARRAY system. We have a charcoal grill available by request.
The front of the house has a porch with available seating to take in the morning or afternoon.
The house has its own parking pad with an EV Lvl-2 charger.
Casa Blanca:

The first bedroom is off the living space. It has a king size Crate & Barrel bed, its own full bathroom, closet, a smart TV, and its own private balcony with two relaxing chair hammocks.
The second bedroom is towards the end of the house facing the driveway. It has a queen size bed, closet, and a smart TV. There is a full bathroom which is next to this bedroom and next to the washer & dryer closet, off of the living room.
The living space has an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting. The living room has a couple of individual seats, a comfy poof and a pull-out sofa couch facing a large smart TV. The dining room has a table which seats 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish and cookware, and state of the art smart appliances. French doors lead to the back of the property from the open living space.
The outdoor space is fully fenced with plenty of space. The property has its own 7-person Hot tub. There are several Adirondack chairs outside in the low maintenance landscaped grounds, and a relaxing egg chair on the front balcony.
There are two parking pads and a long driveway, and the house has its own Lvl-2 EV charger.
There is a garage loft structure on site which is not available to our guests (unless otherwise coordinated); it is typically not occupied but does come in handy for holding luggage and has a rooftop.
We have outdoor cameras for your safety, and the homes are protected with a home security system.
Guest access
The neighborhood is great for walking; local shops are a few blocks away at the end of the street. There are several scooters (Razor and Bird) and (electric) bike rental services in the area which are very popular around downtown; with various designated parking locations very close to the house.
Catching and Uber/Lyft ride around downtown is easy, fast, and economical. 13 minutes from the airport, and 25 minutes from all big theme parks, 14 minutes from Lackland, 9 minutes from the Pearl, 20 minutes from La Cantera.
There is plenty of onsite parking, as well as street parking (please remember to park in the direction of traffic).

We want you to enjoy your time while staying at the house. No long chore lists attached with this location, our team prides itself in providing a clean inviting accommodation, and plenty of suggestions for local events and places.
City of San Antonio and Bexar County taxes are already accounted for in the nightly rate.
