Habitat Hideaway is the perfect tranquil setting to take in all that Summit County has to offer. Windows at every turn to enjoy the summer views down the valley, or feel like you're in a snow globe in the winter. A warm inviting central fireplace with multiple spaces to gather or find your own quiet corner. Close to everything but nestled in a quiet setting to get away from the world, enjoy world class skiing in the winter or explore Lake Dillon in the summer. 30 day minimum rentals.

The space
Habitat Hideaway is a Mountain inspired home designed and built in 2008. The home is situated in peaceful and serene Whispering Pines Ranch of Summit Cove.

Entering through the oversized front door you walk into a large entry with a bench to get out of the weather quickly and have a space for all to unload their gear. Careful consideration was taken to take advantage of the fabulous views down the valley and maximizing space in the home. The main floor has windows in abundance to take advantage of the views of the ever changing seasons. There are 4 decks in the home to enjoy the outdoor space, 2 covered and 2 not depending on how you would like to spend your time.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, in keeping with the mountain theme each of the rooms are named after a ski resort and have a sign above the room:
Breckenridge is the primary bedroom with a Cal King, electric fireplace, private outdoor balcony, 55 inch TV and beautifully updated 6 piece bathroom.
Copper bedroom also has a Cal King , 55” TV with en-suite bathroom access.
Keystone bedroom has a Queen bed with a Twin bunk horizontally above, giving flexibility to the sleeping space and is equipped with a TV.

The basement houses the Loveland bedroom which is set up as a multiple sleeping option room. It has a King, 1 Twin and 2 Full beds. This could easily be a room for a couple if using just the king or sleep a bunch of kids as a bunk room. The basement also is home to the second gathering area. It features a dry bar, high top table and large living area with 65” TV. There is also a large 5 piece bathroom.

Guest access
There's 1 Owners Closet in the Primary Bedroom that will be locked so no guest access. Guests will have access to the entire house, 1 heated garage parking space and 4 driveway parking spaces.

Other things to note
30-90 day lease options available. A lease will need to be signed. Home does not have AC.
