Welcome to Habitares, a luxurious beachfront apartment located in the heart of the secured and high-end Brisas Guitarrón neighborhood in Acapulco Bay. Our 10-floor condominium, Anchorage, offers the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or a weekend escape with friends.

The space
Our 8th floor apartment, Habitares, features 5 spacious rooms, a full-length terrace with a breathtaking panoramic views, and a private pool. The apartment boasts with a bohemian-style decor and has a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining tables both inside and on the terrace with a beautiful ocean view. The terrace itself stretches from end to end of the apartment and offers impressive views for all three main rooms, as well as sun beds and a private pool for relaxing in the sun.

Guest access
As a guest at Habitares, you'll have full access to the apartment, its private terrace and pool, as well as the shared condo infinity pool with a private beach access and sun beds, pool bar, garden, and parking. Our location is convenient and secure, with a reliable taxi service just around the corner. The Brisas Guitarrón neighborhood is known for its quality, safety and it's pleasantly walkable, great for running or taking your furry friend for a stroll. Our parking lot has two spots reserved just for the apartment 8 with a 24/7 surveillance.

Other things to note
In addition to these amenities, our luxurious beachfront apartment, offers direct access to the beach with sun beds and a private area. So relax by the infinity pool with exclusive drinks service, or rent pool toys like kayaks and inflatables for an additional charge. Additional services like daily cleaning and cooking can also be arranged for an extra fee. Our condo is conveniently located near two convenience stores that offer home delivery and also the food delivery app Rappi is perfect for ordering in or doing the groceries online.

Also, we welcome pets with open arms, however it's important to discuss this with us before bringing your dog for us to do the necessary arrangements. Experience a hassle-free vacation at our beachfront oasis in Acapulco Bay, Habitares.

Anchorage is a luxurious 10-floor condominium located in the heart of Brisas Guitarrón, a secured high-end residential area in the iconic Acapulco Bay. The area's name refers to the luxurious "Las Brisas" Hotel, located high above the bay of Acapulco, on the slopes of the mountain range that surrounds the city.

"Las Brisas Guitarrón" is likely the most affluent residential section of the city, with multi-million dollar villas of many celebrities perched on the hillside overlooking Acapulco Bay.

Within a 5-minute drive of the condo, you will find several of Acapulco's most elegant restaurants along the Escénica in the Las Brisas area, such as Becco, Bellavista, Kookaburra, Baikal, Casa Nova, and Zibu. The area is also home to some of the top nightclubs in the city, including Baby' O, Palladium, Republica, Hannah Sun Club, and Kuun.
