Guesthouse Khatib is a spacious double-storey corner home in a quiet, gated community, designed for Muslim families and groups who want privacy, comfort and real quality time together.

Private kids pool with freshwater changed regularly. BBQ pit with full utensils — bring your own charcoal or buy from us at RM10–30 per bag. Garden with table, chairs and umbrella. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, up to 10 guests. Fully equipped kitchen.

The space
**YOUR PROPERTY**

The ground floor has a fully air-conditioned living room with a leather sofa and dining area, a modern kitchen equipped with fridge, cooker, pots, pans and utensils, and one bedroom with a super single bed, air conditioner and hot water bathroom.

The upper floor has three private rooms and one open studio. The Green Deluxe Room comes with a king bed, extra mattress and attached hot water bathroom. The Blue Room and Peach Room are connected, each with air conditioner and attached hot water bathroom. The Peach Room also has floor mattresses and a crib. The Open Studio has a queen bed, floor mattresses and ceiling fan.

The outdoor terrace has a BBQ pit with full utensils provided, a private kids pool with freshwater changed regularly, a garden chill corner with table, chairs and umbrella, a reflexology foot path and a designated smoking area.

The back of the house has a washing machine, clothes drying space and handwash sink.

Guest access
The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay. All five bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, outdoor terrace, private kids pool and garden are fully accessible to your group.

You have the whole property to yourselves with no shared spaces with other guests.

Free street parking is available right in front of the guesthouse within our gated and guarded community.

Other things to note
Staying guests are welcome to have a casual BBQ session, a small birthday makan or invite a few friends over for a quiet get-together. Just let us know in advance so everything runs smoothly for everyone.

We are a private home in a quiet residential gated community. Large-scale events or functions with significant numbers of non-staying guests are not permitted. Guests who host unauthorised gatherings will be requested to check out immediately.

BBQ charcoal is not included but can be purchased from us on-site at RM10 to RM30 per bag. Self-clean-up policy applies after BBQ use. All utensils are provided.

Please be mindful of neighbours after 11PM.

Surau Damansara Aliff is right behind us and guests are warmly welcome to join solat berjemaah.

Guesthousekhatib is Corner Lot unit. Big garden. Our caretaker drop by to manage garden when necessary.

Otherwise, we'll notify you to help us water our organic Plants (Long Term Guest) if you do not want us to enter during your stay.
