This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home sits on a quiet canal cul-de-sac off Robert's Bay, with a private heated pool, boat dock, and new windows and doors throughout. It sleeps 6 and was built for real vacationing — boating, fishing, poolside lounging, slow evenings on the lanai.
The master bedroom is a true retreat: a king bed, a wicker armoire, and a sliding door opening onto the pool lanai, so sunlight on the water is the first thing you see each morning. The en-suite bath has a frameless glass shower and double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom looks over the pool and canal, with a smart TV and its own sliding door to the lanai — great for a couple or older kids. The third bedroom is a playful safari-themed room with two twin beds, ideal for younger children. A second full bath with a walk-in shower serves this side, plus a hallway bath with a soaking tub lit by a frosted window.

We're unable to accommodate pets due to severe allergies. The home has smoke/CO alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Because this is a quiet, low-traffic canal neighborhood, please keep noise reasonable after dark, especially around the pool, out of respect for neighbors. The pool is heated but not fenced from the lanai — please supervise children and non-swimmers.

Guests will have easy access to the property through an electronic door lock, ensuring a hassle-free check-in process. Additionally, a garage door opener will be provided for guests' use, offering secure and straightforward entry and exit to the property's garage.
