Clean, modern, and spacious ranch-style home in Hayden 2.5 miles from the airport. 25 miles west of Steamboat Springs with easy access to the Yampa River, the Flat Tops, and the Routt National Forest. Abundant hiking, skiing, biking, fishing, hunting and more! Playground in the neighborhood and jogging trail access across the street.

The space
This 3 bedroom / 2 full bath house has plenty of room. The master suite includes a queen bed, small writing desk, loveseat/sofa bed, ceiling fan, and bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and ceiling fan while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed plus office/work area with a full size desk and ergonomic office chair, and a closet. Washer and dryer on site. The kitchen has a gas range with griddle and microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, large refrigerator, and a dining table with seating for 6. The living room has a gas fireplace, loveseat, comfy recliner, rocking chair, TV with streaming apps, coat closet, and a small library featuring books on Colorado, the Yampa Valley, and the local flora and fauna. Back porch with table and seating with small yard. Two parking spaces are included with the rental, there is no on-street parking. Rental doesn't include access to the closets in the two main bedrooms or the garage.

Guest access
Guests access the house through the front door with an electronic keypad. There is backyard access to the porch and yard.

Other things to note
Overnight street parking is prohibited November 1 to April 30 12:00-7:00 am. Violations are subject to a ticket and/or towing. Rental includes space for two vehicles in driveway.
