The space
Upstairs from an award-winning coffee roaster and cafe on Poplar Street, you'll find a recently renovated loft that punches well above its size. The bedroom anchors the space — a queen bed dressed in premium linens and velvet accent pillows, set against a tropical mural that gives the whole room a sense of personality. A brass lamp and wooden nightstand round out the bedside.

The kitchen is small but serious: Quartz counters, under-counter refrigerator, full stove and oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. There's a smart TV with streaming for downtime and a standing desk workspace tucked in if you need to fire off a few emails.

Now, the bathroom. It's tiny. Cheerfully, unapologetically tiny. But it delivers where it counts — a rain head shower and Element Brooklyn soaps. Washer and dryer located in the closet as well.

Guest access
The apartment is yours to access fully. The only area we ask guests to not access is the right side of the kitchen closet, where our mechanicals (hot water heater, Wifi, etc.) are located. The staircase is a common staircase for our apartment and the one across the hall.

Other things to note
This is a true micro-loft — the space is efficient by design, ideal for one or two guests (or a couple with an infant) who plan to spend most of their time exploring downtown Cambridge. The bathroom is compact (it's called Pint-Sized for a reason). Street noise from Poplar Street and RAR Brewing may be audible on weekend evenings. Stairs are required to access the unit — there is no elevator. Free street and lot parking is available.
