Set on 50 acres, just 90 mins from Sydney, Greendale is in Bilpin ‘The Land of The Mountain Apple’, nestled at the edge of The Blue Mountains National Park. Enjoy waking up to the call of roosters, kookaburras, hens, horses, cows and donkeys.
Walk through the gardens, gather fresh eggs straight from the nest, feed the animals, relax in a hammock or curl up in front of the fire place. Greendale has something for the whole family, all year round.
The space
Our farm house is an acre away from the main house, quiet and private. It is surrounded by established cool climate gardens with spectacular views over the paddocks, dams and the Blue Mountains.
The house is large and can comfortably accommodate couples or extended families. Sleeping up to ten guests, there are five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a country kitchen and dining area. There’s space for everyone to spread out and relax.
All bedrooms are made up with professionally cleaned high quality linen. Each of our rooms have oil heaters for the cooler weather and ceiling fans for the warmer months. The lounge room and sitting room are equipped with wood burners and an ample supply of timber to ensure you are warm and cosy in the winter months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, slow cooker, utensils, double oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. The pantry is stocked with daily staples including tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.
Milk, bread and eggs will be provided for you for your first breakfast at Greendale.
We also have an amazing wood fire pizza oven, gas BBQ and firepit set in the perfect position to gaze at the view while you cook and relax.

*All linen and towels are supplied for the number of guests booked
*Kitchen staples including salt, pepper, oils, tea and coffee
*Breakfast for one morning is provided.
*There is a seasonal vegetable and herb patch which guests are welcome to use when there is produce ready.
RESERVATION NOTES:
*The base rate for Greendale Farm Stay is for two guests, the main ensuite bedroom will be prepared for your arrival. All other bedrooms will be unavailable.
*Additional guests over the age of 2 will be $50 per guest per night.
*When making your booking, all guests must be included in the reservation (this includes children and infants). A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at Greendale, including children.
*The number of guests may be checked upon arrival and the farmhouse will be set up to accommodate the number of guests booked.
*Only staying guests are permitted in the house and property. No additional guests or visitors can enter the house or property at any time.
* BBQ, Pizza Oven and Firepit CANNOT be used during fire bans.

Guest access
Guests have access to the farm house and property. We ask that you do not enter paddocks with animals, they are very cute but can be shy.
Other things to note
Please make time to read our house rules prior to booking to ensure Greendale Farm Stay is suitable for you.
• Check – in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am.
• Only staying guests are permitted in the house and property. No
additional guests or visitors can enter the house or property at any time.
• Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially
when nears animals, dams, pizza oven, BBQ and firepit.
• No pets. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Greendale Farm Stay to
ensure the safety and happiness of our animals, visiting wildlife and of
course the safety of your pets.
• Our animals CAN NOT CONSUME HUMAN FOOD, this can make them
extremely sick. We will supply you with specific foods for each animal.
• Bilpin is a small, quiet community. Please respect our neighbours by
minimising noise between 10pm - 7am and be aware that noise echoes in
the mountains. please ensure all external lights are switched off when
you retire for the night.
• Parties and loud shouting/music/general noise will not be tolerated.
• As a working farm there are large, open dams in our fenced paddocks
for our animals. We also back on to the national park. It is the sole
responsibility of the attending adults to supervise children and be
accountable for any injuries, loss or damages whilst on the property.
• Greendale Farm Stay is located near the bush which means we do have
visiting wildlife. If you do not bother them, they will not bother you.
• BBQ, Pizza Oven and Firepit CAN NOT be used during fire bans.
• Our internet is very intermittent and is sometimes not available, which is out of our control.
• No shoes are to be worn in the house please.
• No smoking in the house. Smoking only in designated areas.
• No candles are to be lit in or around the house.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the bedrooms.
• Please be respectful of our property and Farm Stay home.
