Perfect for families, couples and friends, we invite you to enjoy this comfortable and welcoming space equipped with all the essentials, plus lots of extra little touches. Located in gorgeous Suffolk, Greenacre Lodge is the perfect base to explore, or if winding down is more your speed, spend some time relaxing in the established private garden. A true home away from home.

Decorated in calming, cosy tones, Greenacre Lodge is spacious and airy, having been fully renovated to ensure a comfortable stay. We are dog-friendly and accept two well-behaved dogs per stay. Please note, Greenacre Lodge is a no smoking property.

Accessed by a shared driveway with Greenacre House (Rikki and Phil's home) Greenacre Lodge is a detached property with ample dedicated parking plus its own private and established garden. The garden is fully enclosed so that it is safe for children and dogs.

We provide baby safety gates but it’s your responsibility to check they are appropriate for your purpose and by staying at the lodge and using the baby gates, you do so entirely at your own risk and with no liability to the owners of Greenacre Lodge. For the avoidance of doubt, babies, young children and the stair-impaired should never be left unattended at any time.

Located on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, Hinderclay is the perfect rural idyll, a comfortable base to explore all that East Anglia has to offer. Diss (15 minutes north) has a Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and M&S Food. Bury St Edmunds (25 minutes south) also has a Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's Aldi and ASDA. Our nearest local shop, Co-op, is well-stocked and a 5-minute drive away in Rickinghall, which also has two lovely pubs serving a selection of food and drinks.
