The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room.

Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Return and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

The space
The Storehouse sits on an open 1.7 acres located in southern Indiana. Enter the property via the private driveway with ample parking. Using safe and convenient keyless entry, step into the foyer and swing open the authentic sanctuary doors. Notice immediately the undisturbed, classic hardwood floors and the striking stained glass windows, both found in every room.

Take in the 20+ ft. ceilings in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space features comfortable seating, 58" 4K smart tv, Bluetooth/vinyl record player and more. The dining area includes seating for 10, plus a handy pantry with drinks, snacks and other goods available for purchase. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a meal for few or many.

Down the long hallway, lit with antique lights, you'll find the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities.

The first bedroom features a full-size daybed with a twin trundle bed and can sleep up to 3. Extra pillows and sheets are available for your use in the closet.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with 12" Memory Foam mattress. Luxurious linens and blankets included. Extra pillows and sheets available in closet.

The third bedroom houses the sprawling king bed with 12" Green Tea Memory Foam mattress. Enjoy the lush bedding and tasteful decor. Extra pillows and sheets are available in the closet.

The bathroom is highlighted by the double vanity, multi-setting shower and complimentary premium toiletries (shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner).

Situated on the church's former pulpit, the back room of the property provides a second living space as well as a dedicated working space. Remote workers will enjoy the electric-powered adjustable standing desk. Sit back on the blue velvet couch to binge your favorite shows on the 50" 4K smart tv. Stir up some friendly competition with the collection of board games.
