So many adventures await you with our much heralded hiking trails, wildlife & fisheries.

Baxter State Park, north entrance is 15-20 minutes away, and Katahdin Woods & Waters Monument is on our property line.

The space
We really are spoiled here in this magnificent area and look forward to sharing our 2 BR with super sized twin beds,plus balcony with queen sized sleeper,2 baths with walk in showers , brand new home.
Most visitors praise our seasonal screened cedar sunroom while enjoying a snack and a book..
or just gazing at the mountains.

Other things to note
Nearby access to all sled trails from Shin Pond Village Park n Ride but you can SXS/ATV from driveway.



We sit atop Allen Hill, elevation 1057'. To say "we have a great view" doesn't begin to explain it.
We can see the weather approach & be mesmerized by constellations til sunrise.
It feels like home.

We purchased our 41 acres in 2020 and we built "Grace" in 2023-2024. We have one of the best views around, up here on Allen Hill, at 1057' elevation. It feels.. like home. Happy Trails!
