2BR/2BA stunning Poolside Villa

The villa is based in 'Hacienda Pacifica' a gated community of 20 villas, with shared access to a gorgeous swimming pool.

Just 5 mins drive to Quepos town & Marina Pez Vela & 12 mins to Manuel Antonio for its National Park, beaches & restaurants.

Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been completely renovated since. The villa was previously listed on AirBnB as Villa Bella & had a 4.72 star rating from 162 reviews over 6 years.

The space
The villa is a two story home. Downstairs consists of a large living room, kitchen with full cooking appliances and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens out onto a large covered garden terrace with outdoor dining table and seating where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The second story consists of two bedrooms each containing a Queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes & air-conditioning. The master bedroom opens onto an outside balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. The villa sleeps 4 Adults (2 couples) in the two Queen beds. Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been totally renovated in September 2023 with new furniture, appliances, linens, kitchenware and has been tastefully decorated with some nice new additions.

Please note that we do not offer laundry and dryer service in our villa, but there is a laundry place just 5 minutes drive from the villa and we will be happy to send you the map of this place any time if needed.

Guest access
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that is completely private for your group, you do not need to share any part of the villa with any other guests/owners. The villa is located within a gated community of 20 villas. All of the villas share access to the common swimming pool. Secure car parking is provided within the villa complex and 24 hour security is provided.

Please note that we do not offer laundry and dryer service in our villa, but there is a laundry place just 5 minutes drive from the villa and we will be happy to send you the map of this place any time if needed.

Other things to note
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to an additional charge and must be requested from the host to ensure there are no scheduling issues.

The villa is located within the Hacienda Pacifica gated community which contains 20 villas that surround a beautiful pool & lush gardens. Free parking & 24 hour security are in place. There are two grocery stores at the entrance to the complex & more shopping just a 3 minute taxi ride away in Quepos town. This is a safe & peaceful place to spend your vacation, just a stones throw from the Manuel Antonio National Park & Beaches and also the Marina Pez Vela.
