GARDEN OF EDEN (KALINA) - the perfect place for your dream stay 🏝

The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas. It has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces, and a sun-drenched beach. On the golden beach you will find a bar where you will enjoy delicious drinks from morning to dusk. It will be an unforgettable vacation!

The space
The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a soft sofa bed and 2 armchairs
- a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, Dolce Gustoi capsule coffee machine and a microwave
- dining room with extendable table for 6 people
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower
- utility room with washing machine and boiler
- a sunny terrace with a garden set
- a balcony in one of the bedrooms.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor in the KALINA building. Its undeniable advantage is the panoramic sea view and the sunny terrace.

Guest access
As part of your stay in the apartment, you will have FREE access to 8 outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers by the pools, a paradise garden where pomegranates, kiwis and persimmons grow.

You can use the SPA for a fee: indoor swimming pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and beautician. In addition, there is an extra charge for an inflatable castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.

Underground parking is also available for an additional fee. If you wish to use it, please contact me after booking.

1. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and is subject to a fine in accordance with the apartment's regulations.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and during the day from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (the so-called "nap").
3. Dogs are usually accepted by us, but please contact us before booking to clarify the rules of the Garden of Eden.
4. The hotel reception does NOT issue keys. The key will be waiting for you in the mailbox by the door.

A large resort with lots of outdoor pools, bars, and restaurants. It is located on the very shore of the sea by a sandy beach where you can take the elevator. There is also a supermarket in the complex.

In the immediate vicinity there is an elegant Marina Dinevi, and for active people - numerous walking paths in the surrounding forests and mountains.
