GARDEN OF EDEN (KALINA) - the perfect place for your dream stay 🏝
The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas. It has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces and even a private beach in the sun. On the golden beach you will also find a bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks from morning to dusk. It will be an unforgettable vacation!
The space
The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a soft sofa bed and 2 armchairs
- a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- dining room with an extendable table for 6 people
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower
- utility room with washing machine and boiler
- a sunny terrace with a garden set
- a balcony in one of the bedrooms.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor in the KALINA building. Its undeniable advantage is a panoramic view of the sea and a sunny terrace.
Guest access
As part of the stay in the apartment, you have FREE access to 8 outdoor pools, sun loungers by the pools, a heavenly garden with pomegranates, kiwi and kakis.
For a fee, you can use the SPA: indoor swimming pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and a beautician. In addition, an additional fee is a bouncy castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.
The parking lot is also charged extra. If you want to use it, please contact me after booking.

ATTENTION:
1. You can only smoke on the balcony. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and is subject to a fine according to the apartment regulations.
2. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00 and during the day from 14:00 to 16:00 (the so-called "chauffeur").
3. Dogs are usually accepted by us, but please contact us before booking so that we can explain the rules of the Garden of Eden.
4. The hotel reception does NOT issue keys. The key will be waiting for you in a KeyBox by the door.
