-If you are bringing pet/s you have to include that on your booking request, first 2 nights included 35 dollar fee each consecutive night. I will request your payment through airbnb after you book. This fee covers up to 2 pets. Each additional pet will be $10 extra per night.

-new HVAC air conditioner/heater with thermostat, works great for the whole cabin. It is also a dehumidifier.
-You can get around a 10 minute hot shower when you set the dial to the pink marker, reheat time for the water heater is around 15min. The sink will have extremely hot water, please be careful

Neighborhood highlights

Feel like you are out in the country while still being a quick drive to downtown Asheville. There are trails close by at Warren Wilson, there is a trail across the street goes down to the river. I love seeing the wild life roaming about, turkeys, deer and bears. This is a peaceful, quiet setting.
