Welcome to "Ocean Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach, Ocean Dreams is the largest unit that this community offers @ 1250 sq ft. Conveniently located to shopping & just a few miles from Flagler Ave & Canal St. Large heated pool (cool mths). There is also a kiddie pool, shuffle board, tennis/pickle board courts, bar-b -que area, pavilion & club house. This unit has undergone major renovations 2022-2024.

The space
All of the furnishings & appliances were added when these renovations took place. A laundry room was added with large capacity washer & dryer. All our guests enjoy complimentary amenities that are too numerous to list. Ranging from Wine, light breakfast & snacks to robes, laundry detergent, personal hygiene items, and bottle of wine. All you need is a bathing suit and to relax.
Castle reef is located just a couple miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally. Lots of information is included inside the unit. Repeat guest discount & **Monthly rates available upon request.

Featuring a full sized living room that features 2 loveseats, a swivel recliner & low swivels chairs, Smart TV plus a view to die for!
The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded large & small appliances (blender, mixer, crock pot, traditional /pod coffee pot,) and many amenities, ranging from a welcome bottle of wine, light breakfast choices, coffee, tea sugars & K-cups, & snacks. The kitchen is loaded with everything you might need during your stay. There are kiddie utensils too!
Dining table and bar area for comfortably seating 6 (leaf located in guest closet if everyone wants to eat at the table.)
This unit has large capacity washer & dryer. We even include some laundry detergent.
There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both have Smart TVs
The master bedroom has a comfy king bed w/plenty of drawer & closet space. There is also an office area with desk & chair over-looking that Spectacular view.
The Master Bath is beautifully appointed with tons of extras to make your visit carefree Including many beauty & feminine toiletries.
The large guest bedroom has a Twin over full bunk with a twin trundle as well. In the closet you will find baby supplies.
The guest bathroom will be getting a facelift Feb '24.
In the storage area, you will find chairs, coolers, boogie boards, surf boards, umbrella. In the hall closet is where the games, puzzles & cards are. There is also a popcorn bucket (large fill for $5) for our guests to take advantage of, to use at the AMC movie theater. (Please clean and return after use.)
Besides the typical linens & fluffy towels, you can also expect to find extra blankets & pillows, beach towels, yoga mats, iron & board, steamer & anything else we could think you might possible need.

Other things to note
We know that you have 100's of choices when it comes to staying on the beach. We want to stand out from all the rest. So, we try to go over and above for our guests, including many extras that are simply too numerous to list. However, to give an example, we include a welcome basket that is loaded up with light breakfast choices, coffee & teas (K-cups too!,) snacks, water, and of course a bottle of wine. All units are stocked with robes, various toiletries, soap, shampoo, & conditioner. All units have a pac-n-play & monitor for the little ones. This unit also has a potty seat and extra rails for the lower bunk bed. There are beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards & surf boards. Fluffy Towels, beach towels, and linens are all provided. There are games, puzzles and cards as well.

Neighborhood highlights

Castle Reef is located just south of the No Drive Beach. Private beach access & our large pool (heated in the cooler months.) Please use the wrist bands located inside the unit while using any of the onsite facilities as well as care-free entrance to & from the beach. There is a kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, bar-b-que area, club house & covered pavilion. Everything you need right here. However, if you feel the need to investigate the surrounding area, a shopping center is located just across the street with restaurants, ice cream, liquor, nail salon, convenience store & variety/beach store. Feeling more adventurous? Be sure to check out Flagler Ave & Canal St for local flair shopping/eating districts located just a short drive away. Larger supermarket & Theatre just 2 miles away.

My Husband and I live on the Chester River in Chestertown, MD. We have been in this area 25 years now and we love the historic small town vibes. We started in the boating community and eventually bought property here. I currently own and operate a small community pottery studio where I teach (mostly home school children & adults) the craft. My husband & I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. We currently own 3 vacation rentals called "Gracious Living Vacation Rentals." There are 3 in our portfolio: Chester River Dreams, Beachside Dreams, & Ocean Dreams. One is located in Chestertown and the other 2 in New Smyrna Beach. We fell in love with New Smyrna and it's beautiful beaches 20 years ago when we purchased a timeshare. Ever since then, we have been talking about buying a place there and we finally pulled the trigger and wound up buying 2. Both units are located on the no drive beach. One is a lovely 1 bed/1 bath with a bunk room that accommodates up to 5 guests. Our other unit is a larger direct ocean front unit 2/2 with office space. When we are not personally visiting the area, we enjoy allowing others to share our space. We love the beautiful beaches here as well as being close to Flagler Ave and Canal St. which is great for shopping and restaurants. It's also only 20 minutes from Daytona! The 3rd property is a house located in the historic town of Chestertown, Maryland.
