The Log Cabin at GlenWild is situated in a pine forest right on the edge of Lake Fairlee so that you can hear the lake’s gentle lapping. It is cozy yet roomy with a living room, a bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with shower, all made toasty with the help of a wood stove, when needed.

The space
This small cabin is one of our rentals. It has a kitchenette. For larger groups or longer stays we suggest inquiring about our other rental "Glenwild II". AirBnB rooms/42334328

Guest access
We do have a dock with our other listing. Boats and dock are available on a case by case basis. Just ask! :-)

Other things to note
Historically we only rented on a weekly basis. With COVID-19 we have been making adjustments and often ask people to bring their own sheets to assist with doing a thorough cleaning in a timely manner. There are no washing machines at the camp.

Neighborhood highlights

Lake Fairlee is a favorite fishing spot for lake residents as well as areas fisher people. There are several children’s camps also located on the lake so you can start your day with reveille and end with taps on many nights in the summer. The towns of Fairlee and a bit further north, Bradford, offer interesting small shops and excellent dining opportunities. And then there is the extended Upper Valley, of which Lake Fairlee is a part. Yankee Magazine describes “The "Upper Valley" along the Vermont/New Hampshire border is a collection of little-known small towns featuring the New England we all look for. You'll find beauty, nature, soft adventure, art--and even what Forbes magazine called "the best gelato in America."
