Other things to note
This is a 116-year-old historic home, and a couple areas - particularly the stairwell landing - have lower ceiling heights. Taller guests should be mindful in these spots. (For reference, our 6’5” son-in-law stays comfortably here, but we like to note this for safety.)

Neighborhood highlights

We are minutes from the battlefield and 8 miles from Ski Liberty. The cottage sits across from Marsh Creek (the very creek Gen. Robert E. Lee and his fighting forces retreated over in 1863) and between 2 picturesque farms so if peace, quiet and some nature are in order, you’ll love Blue Coat Cottage!
