The Greenville Spartanburg Airport is just 20 minutes away.

Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the house and property, except the garage, which is used for owner storage and locked. Relax and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
PROPERTY NOTES
This home was lovingly renovated, but is 70+ years old and retains original features such as uneven plaster walls and worn-in hardwood floors. These characteristics do not affect comfort or quality but are part of the charm of an older home.
The fireplace in the living room is decorative only and not functional. Heat is provided through the HVAC system.
There are breakable items (glass tables, vintage furniture, decor, etc.) in the house. Guests traveling with children should supervise accordingly. Cleaning supply cabinets are not locked; outlet covers are provided for guest use.
Landscaping occurs once a week, typically Thursdays unless delayed by weather or holidays. Leaves from the neighboring oak tree are unavoidable. If you plan to use the patio and want it freshly cleared, please reach out in advance.
SMART HOME
Echo Dot devices are located in the living room and bedrooms for playing music, setting timers, and controlling ambient lighting. They do not record audio and have no camera functions. A Ring doorbell is installed for safety and must not be tampered with.
HOUSE RULES
When booking this home, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and agree to report anything that appears unsafe upon arrival. If something needs attention, please send us a quick message so we can address it right away.
We ask all guests to sign a rental agreement, which will be provided via email after booking and should be completed within 24 hours of receipt.
• This home is for short-term stays only and may not be used as a primary residence.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM and late check-outs incur a $50 per hour fee.
• No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping) anywhere on the property.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and parking should remain in our driveway.
• Animals are not permitted under any circumstances, and bringing one on property will result in cancellation of the remainder of the stay without refund. This policy protects future guests with severe allergies.
• No parties or events. Nothing may be attached to walls, furniture, or surfaces (decor, tape, streamers, etc.).
• Please be energy-conscious. The thermostat is set not to go below 66° or above 78°.
• If the sofa is used for sleeping, sheets must be used for sanitary purposes (not provided).
• The minimum rental age is 25 and a government-issued ID is required to confirm.
• No third-party bookings without prior approval. The Airbnb account holder must be staying in the home.
• All guests must be included in the reservation. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
• Stays of 14+ nights require mid-stay cleans every two weeks at $80 per cleaning. The final departure clean is $150.
• Commercial photography/videography must be approved prior to booking.
• Guests are responsible for damages per the rental agreement.
