Welcome to our cozy Chandler Ranch House! Experience comfort, convenience, and productivity. We cater to remote workers with computer stations ready to dock. Enjoy easy access to highways, malls, outlets, and just 15 minutes from the airport. Tempe and Scottsdale are also nearby, only 15 and 25 minutes away respectively. Relax by the heated and cooled pool in our amazing backyard. Work, explore, and make lasting memories in this perfect getaway.

Other things to note
Trash goes in the black bin and gets taken out on Sunday night, and picked up on Monday morning.
Recycling goes in the blue bin and gets taken out Tuesday night, and picked up Wednesday morning.

An additional propane tank is available under the covered patio table. Please let us know if you swap them so we may replenish them after your stay.

We do not charge for heating / cooling of the pool this is because this is a heat pump, it does have temperature limitations but we will run the pump 48 hours prior to arrival if a guest is not staying to raise temperature as much as possible.
