You are right on St. Charles Avenue--not "3 blocks from St. Charles" because 3 blocks makes a difference in the feeling you get when you walk out the front door to meet your Uber or just to take a walk under the trees or ride the streetcar uptown to Audubon Park, Zoo, University area or downtown to the French Quarter. We are in the center of activity with restaurants within walking distance like Commander's Palace or coffee shops and Magazine St. is 5 blocks away.

The space
This apartment is upstairs on the second floor featuring high ceilings and large windows. Wooden floors are throughout including antique furnishings in the bedroom. The bed is king sized and there is a window unit in the bedroom to compliment the central AC dedicated to that apartment. The bathroom features a clawfoot bathtub with a shower attachment. An apartment sized stove with oven is in the living room along with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

The balcony is private and located just outside of the large windows in the apartment. Slide the window up and place the stick under there to hold it up.
